Michelle Mesen

Michelle Mesen is the Liaison to the GPE Board of Directors at the Global Partnership for Education. Over the past few years she has been working as the key communications contact between the GPE Board of Directors, Chair and GPE Secretariat. Before joining the Global Partnership for Education, Michelle worked in the telecommunications field, as a Senior Manager in the International Government Relations department of Cable & Wireless. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (International Relations) from Southwestern University, a Master of Arts (International Communications) from American University, a Master of Science (Counseling) from Loyola University, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in counseling at Loyola University. Earlier work and study experiences brought Michelle to France, the UK, and Italy.
